Founded in 2019, The Vintage Papi was created with one mission: to bring new life to the classics. What began as a small setup at local San Diego markets has grown into a curated brand that celebrates authentic vintage style, sports culture, and self-expression through clothing.

We specialize in premium sportswear and daily essentials, from San Diego staples like Padres and Chargers gear to timeless garments that let individuality shine.  Every item is hand-selected, cleaned, and styled with care, honoring both its history and its potential to become part of yours.

Where to Shop with Us in Person:
You can catch us every Saturday at Kobey’s Swap Meet (Spot D27) in San Diego, where we’ve built a loyal community of vintage lovers.
We’re also proud vendors at the Rose Bowl Flea Market in Pasadena (Spots 3280 – 3282) every second Sunday of the month, connecting with collectors, locals, and newcomers who share the same appreciation for vintage clothing finds.
Our roots start from the community in real conversations, spontaneous finds, and the joy of discovering something that just feels right.

The Origin:
“The Vintage Papi” started as a playful nod to hand-me-downs from our dads, cousins, and older siblings' closet.  These are pieces that carry character, comfort, and story.  That idea became a lifestyle: reviving the old while celebrating the individuality and creativity that come with true vintage fashion.
We believe vintage is more than clothing; it’s history re-imagined, a way to express who you are without saying a word and connect with others through the art & past of clothing.
